What is Fused Glass?

     Glass Fusion is a transformative process in which two or more pieces of
glass are kiln-fired to about 1400 degrees F., become liquid, and slowly cool
to form one solid sheet. Dimension and unique colors are created by the
layering techniques. The single piece is then fired again and "slumped" into a
mold to form the final shape and contour. Each piece is hand-cut and assembled;
no two pieces are the same.
